Gyeonggi Rice Dessert Festa is an expo created to discover a wide range of desserts made with excellent Gyeonggi rice and introduce them to visitors, helping spread a healthy rice-dessert culture alongside rice consumption. At the festival, bakery and rice-cake experts from across the country compete with new rice desserts in the Rice Baking Contest and Rice Cake Dessert Contest. Visitor programs include a baking rice-dessert cooking class and a birthday-party photo zone for making fun memories. Another highlight is the invited showcase of red bean flower cakes and butter cakes, offering a chance to see a variety of rice-based cakes. There is also a space to enjoy desserts and drinks through the K-food dessert sales zone and the market for agricultural and specialty products.
