Terms of Use
KorlyMally (a service of KorlyMally Co., Ltd.)
1. Quotations
A quotation we provide is an invitation to do business, not a binding contract. It reflects sourcing and shipping estimates valid until the expiry date stated on the quote. Prices, availability, and lead times may change after expiry or if product specifications, quantities, or destination change.
2. Orders & payment
An order is confirmed only after both parties agree on the final quotation and payment is received per the terms stated in that quotation. Payment methods, deposits, and schedules are set out in each individual quotation or contract, not on this website.
3. Shipping, duties & taxes
We handle the Korean export side (sourcing, export documentation, clearance, and dispatch). Import clearance, duties, taxes, and any destination-country requirements are the buyer's responsibility; expected document requirements are stated in your quotation before payment.
4. Importer information & clearance
For shipments where the buyer handles import clearance (CPT/CFR/CIF/FOB), we may request importer information before quotation. Buyers are responsible for holding all required import licenses and registrations; costs arising from failed clearance are for the buyer's account.
5. Refunds & cancellation
Refund and cancellation terms follow the individual contract or quotation agreed for each order. Because goods are sourced to order and prepared for export, terms vary by product and stage — they are stated before you pay.
6. Governing law
These terms and any transaction arranged through KorlyMally are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
