This English document is the legal standard.
KorlyMally (BAKBING) buys products from Korean stores in its own name on your behalf, keeps them in its warehouse and ships them to you abroad. KorlyMally is the shipper and you are the recipient. The seller of each product is the store.
The item price may not reflect discounts we receive from a store and may include our margin. Handling, payment, delivery inside Korea and international shipping fees are shown separately. PayPal payments carry no extra charge.
You pay for the items first. You pay international shipping after we pack and weigh your parcel.
Price changes follow the refund policy.
Each customer gets one code. It cannot be passed to anyone else.
The prohibited items list applies. Items that cannot go to your country are shown on the product step.
International shipping fees do not include duties, import VAT or other taxes in the destination country. Customs in the destination country sets these charges and the recipient pays them. We cannot know or set them in advance. We do not refund duties or taxes once paid.
Each item is free for 45 days after arrival. If any item goes past 45 days, storage is $1 a day per customer. Items not shipped after 75 days may be disposed of after at least 14 days' notice.
For delivery problems before an item reaches our warehouse, we ask the store and courier together. After it arrives, we are responsible for our own mistakes.
Bulk orders for resale can't be placed on the regular order screen. Send them as a bulk inquiry instead. We also refuse illegal items and stolen payment details.
We share only what is needed for buying and delivery with stores, couriers and payment companies.
BAKBING Credit is a free promotional credit (100C = US$1) and cannot be bought. It applies only to our own fees (service fee, packing and storage), up to 50% of the fee and 150C per payment, on US dollar payments; it never applies to item prices, shipping costs or duties. If an order paid partly with credits is canceled or refunded, the credits are returned as credits, not cash. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
