After that we clear the email, name, phone, address, tax ID and refund notes on it. Amounts, order numbers and countries stay as records.
If you close your account with an order still open, we keep your contact email and delete it 5 years later, once the order is finished.
To buy your items, receive and photograph them, ship them to you, take payment, send refunds and answer your messages. We also send you updates about your own orders.
You can change your addresses any time. To see, fix or delete anything else, write to us.
