I absolutely love the Numbuzin No.9 NAD PDRN Glow Boosting Toner! The texture is beautifully lightweight, silky, and refreshing. It glides smoothly onto my skin and absorbs quickly without leaving any sticky feeling. My skin feels instantly hydrated, soft, and plump after applying it.
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m pleasantly surprised. My skin feels softer and more hydrated. I’ll keep using it to see how it performs long term.

If I could only keep one toner forever, it would be this toner. The hydration it gives is unmatched becaue it sinks right in and leaves my skin looking instantly plump and radiant. It wears beautifully under the rest of my routine and gives that lit-from-within glass skin look.
