제2조 (용어의 정의) Article 2 (Definitions)

• 회원이란 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스에 가입하여 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말합니다."Member" refers to a person who agrees to these terms and uses the service after registration.
• 게시물이란 회원이 서비스에 등록한 투표, 이미지, 텍스트 등 모든 콘텐츠를 말합니다."Content" refers to all content such as votes, images, and text registered by members.
• 포인트란 서비스 이용에 따라 부여되는 가상의 보상 수단(AP, HP 등)을 말합니다."Points" refers to virtual rewards (AP, HP, etc.) granted for using the service.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경) Article 3 (Effect and Amendment)

• 본 약관은 서비스 내 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.These terms become effective upon posting within the service.
• 서비스는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위 내에서 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다.The service may amend these terms within the scope of applicable laws.
• 약관이 변경되는 경우 서비스 내 공지를 통해 사전 안내합니다.Any changes will be notified in advance through the service.

제4조 (회원가입) Article 4 (Registration)

• 회원가입은 이메일 또는 소셜 로그인 방식으로 이루어집니다.Registration is done via email or social login.
• 회원은 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 허위 정보 제공 시 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.Members must provide accurate information. Providing false information may result in service restrictions.

제5조 (서비스의 제공) Article 5 (Service Provision)

서비스는 다음 기능을 제공합니다.

The service provides the following features:

• A vs B 투표 게시 / A vs B voting posts
• 투표 참여 및 결과 확인 / Participating and viewing results
• 기타 서비스가 정하는 기능 / Other features determined by the service

제6조 (회원의 의무) Article 6 (Member Obligations)

회원은 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

Members must not engage in the following:

• 타인의 권리를 침해하는 행위 / Infringing on others' rights
• 음란물, 폭력적, 혐오 표현 게시 / Posting obscene, violent, or hateful content
• 저작권을 침해하는 콘텐츠 업로드 / Uploading copyright-infringing content
• 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위 / Interfering with service operations

제7조 (게시물의 관리) Article 7 (Content Management)

• 게시물의 저작권은 게시한 회원에게 귀속됩니다.Copyright of content belongs to the posting member.
• 서비스는 서비스 운영 및 홍보 목적에 한해 게시물을 노출할 수 있습니다.The service may display content for operational and promotional purposes.
• 법령 또는 본 약관에 위반되는 게시물은 사전 통보 없이 삭제될 수 있습니다.Content violating laws or these terms may be deleted without prior notice.

제8조 (포인트) Article 8 (Points)

• 포인트는 현금성 자산이 아닙니다.Points are not cash equivalents.
• 서비스 정책에 따라 변경 또는 종료될 수 있습니다.Points may be changed or terminated according to service policy.

제9조 (서비스 이용 제한) Article 9 (Service Restrictions)

• 서비스는 회원이 본 약관 또는 관련 법령을 위반한 경우 사전 경고 후, 또는 위반 정도가 중대하거나 반복되는 경우 즉시 서비스 이용을 일부 또는 전부 제한할 수 있습니다.The service may restrict usage in part or in full after prior warning when a member violates these terms or applicable laws, or immediately in case of severe or repeated violations.
• 위반 행위에는 다음이 포함됩니다: 악의적·혐오·차별적 콘텐츠 게시, 타 회원의 권리 침해(괴롭힘·명예훼손·도용·스팸 등), 부정 결제, 자동화 봇·다중 계정 운영, 기타 부정 이용.Violations include: posting malicious, hateful, or discriminatory content; infringing other members' rights (harassment, defamation, impersonation, spam, etc.); fraudulent payments; use of bots or multi-accounts; or other abusive activities.
• 회원은 정지·해지 결정에 이의가 있는 경우 help@Korlymally.com 으로 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다.Members may appeal suspension or termination decisions to help@Korlymally.com.

제10조 (면책 조항) Article 10 (Disclaimer)

• 서비스는 회원 간 투표 및 콘텐츠에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다.The service is not responsible for votes and content between members.
• 천재지변, 시스템 장애 등 불가항력적 사유에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.The service is not liable for force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures.

제11조 (유료 서비스) Article 11 (Paid Services)

• 서비스는 일부 기능을 유료 구독 상품(이하 "유료 서비스")으로 제공할 수 있습니다.The service may offer certain features as paid subscription products (hereinafter "Paid Services").
• 유료 서비스의 가격·이용 기간·기능 범위는 결제 페이지에 명시됩니다.Pricing, duration, and feature scope of Paid Services are specified on the checkout page.
• 회원은 결제 전 가격과 약관에 동의해야 하며, 결제 완료 후 즉시 이용 권한이 부여됩니다.Members must agree to pricing and terms before payment. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.

제12조 (구독 자동 갱신 및 해지) Article 12 (Auto-Renewal and Cancellation)

• 월간·연간 구독은 결제 주기 종료 시 동일 조건으로 자동 갱신됩니다.Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle under the same terms.
• 회원은 마이페이지 또는 결제 대행사 고객 포털을 통해 언제든지 자동 갱신을 해지할 수 있습니다.Members may cancel auto-renewal anytime via My Page or the Payment Processor's customer portal.
• 해지 시 잔여 기간은 정상 이용 가능하며, 다음 주기부터 갱신되지 않습니다.The remaining paid period stays active; no further renewals occur.
• 환불에 관한 상세 사항은 별도의 환불 정책에 따릅니다.Refund details are governed by a separate Refund Policy.

제13조 (결제 대행) Article 13 (Payment Processor)

• 모든 결제는 결제 대행사 Lemon Squeezy Software Inc.를 통해 처리됩니다.All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy Software Inc.
• 결제 대행사는 법적 판매자(Merchant of Record)로서 부가가치세(VAT)·소비세 등 글로벌 세금을 자동 부과·납부합니다.The processor acts as Merchant of Record, automatically calculating and remitting VAT, sales tax, and other applicable taxes.
• 회원의 결제 정보(카드번호 등)는 결제 대행사가 직접 처리하며, 본 서비스는 해당 정보를 보유하지 않습니다.Payment credentials (card numbers, etc.) are handled directly by the processor; the service does not retain such information.

제14조 (회원 귀책사유로 인한 이용 제한과 환불) Article 14 (User-Fault Suspension and Refund)

• 회원이 본 약관, 커뮤니티 가이드 또는 관련 법령을 위반하여 본 서비스가 회원의 이용을 정지·해지한 경우, 잔여 결제 기간에 대한 환불은 원칙적으로 제공되지 않습니다.When the Service suspends or terminates a member's account for violation of these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable laws, refunds for the remaining paid period are generally not provided.
• 상세 사유 및 절차는 별도의 환불 정책 제5조에 따릅니다.Details and procedures are governed by Article 5 of the separate Refund Policy.
• 회원은 정지·해지 결정에 이의가 있는 경우 help@Korlymally.com 으로 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다.Members may appeal such decisions to help@Korlymally.com.

제15조 (PDF Phrasebook 라이선스) Article 15 (PDF Phrasebook License)

본 서비스는 한국어 학습 PDF 출판물 (이하 "PDF")을 일회성 디지털 상품으로 판매합니다. 구매한 PDF에 대한 라이선스 조건은 다음과 같습니다.

The Service sells Korean-learning PDF publications (hereinafter "PDFs") as one-time digital products. The license terms for purchased PDFs are as follows.

1. 라이프타임 라이선스: 구매자는 결제한 Edition (예: v1.0)에 대해 영구적인 개인 사용 권한을 가집니다. 이메일에 발송된 다운로드 링크는 만료되지 않습니다.Lifetime License: The buyer holds permanent personal use rights for the purchased Edition (e.g., v1.0). The download link sent by email never expires.
2. 다운로드 횟수 제한: 어뷰즈 방지를 위해 동일 구매에 대해 30일 이내 최대 5회까지 다운로드 가능합니다. 초과 시 24시간 임시 잠금 후, 이메일 인증으로 즉시 카운트가 리셋됩니다.Download Frequency Limit: To prevent abuse, each purchase allows up to 5 downloads within any 30-day window. Exceeding the limit triggers a 24-hour temporary lock; verifying via email instantly resets the counter.
3. 다국어 포함: 1회 구매로 13개 언어 (한국어/영어/일본어/중국어/베트남어/태국어/인도네시아어/스페인어/포르투갈어/프랑스어/독일어/러시아어/이탈리아어) 모든 버전을 다운로드할 수 있습니다.Multilingual Access: One purchase grants access to all 13 language versions (KO/EN/JA/ZH/VI/TH/ID/ES/PT/FR/DE/RU/IT).
4. 워터마크: 모든 PDF 페이지에는 구매자의 이메일이 워터마크로 박힙니다. 이는 무단 재배포 추적 및 어뷰즈 방지 목적이며, 개인 사용을 방해하지 않습니다.Watermark: Every PDF page is watermarked with the buyer's email. This is for tracking unauthorized redistribution and preventing abuse; it does not interfere with personal use.
5. 재배포 금지: 구매한 PDF의 재판매·재배포·공유 (SNS·파일 공유 사이트·메신저 등 모든 채널) 는 금지됩니다. 위반 시 본 서비스는 해당 라이선스를 회수하고 법적 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.No Redistribution: Resale, redistribution, or sharing of purchased PDFs (via SNS, file-sharing sites, messengers, or any other channel) is prohibited. Violations may result in license revocation and legal action.
6. 버전 업데이트: 구매한 Edition (v1.x) 내 패치 (오타 수정, 소수 콘텐츠 추가) 는 무료 제공됩니다. 메이저 신규 Edition (v2.0+) 은 별도 SKU로 판매되며, 기존 Edition v1.x 구매자에게는 50% 업그레이드 할인 코드가 이메일로 발송됩니다.Version Updates: Patches within the purchased Edition (v1.x; typo fixes, minor content additions) are provided free. Major new editions (v2.0+) are sold as separate SKUs; existing v1.x buyers receive a 50% upgrade discount code by email.
7. DRM-free: 본 PDF는 DRM (Digital Rights Management) 보호가 적용되지 않으며, 구매자는 출력·복사·오프라인 학습이 가능합니다. 단, 위 5번 재배포 금지 조항은 준수해야 합니다.DRM-Free: PDFs are not DRM-protected; buyers may print, copy, and study offline. Clause 5 (No Redistribution) must still be observed.
8. 환불: PDF 환불은 별도의 환불 정책 제6조 (디지털 콘텐츠 환불)에 따릅니다.Refunds: PDF refunds are governed by Article 6 of the separate Refund Policy (Digital Content Refunds).

제16조 (준거법 및 관할) Article 16 (Governing Law)

본 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁 발생 시 관할 법원은 대한민국 법원으로 합니다.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of Korean courts.

부칙 Supplementary Provisions

본 약관은 2026년 1월 28일부터 시행합니다. 결제 시스템 도입에 따른 개정 약관(제11조~제14조 신설, 제9조 개정)은 2026년 5월 1일부터 시행합니다. PDF Phrasebook 라이선스 조항 (제15조)은 2026년 5월 1일부터 시행합니다.

These terms are effective from January 28, 2026. The amendment introducing payment system clauses (Articles 11–14, revised Article 9) is effective from May 1, 2026. The PDF Phrasebook License clause (Article 15) is effective from May 1, 2026.

※ 실제 결제 시스템 런칭일에 맞춰 시행일이 조정될 수 있습니다. / The effective date may be adjusted at the actual launch of the payment system.
