I bought it after seeing a YouTuber recommend it, and it’s actually better than I expected. Massaging my legs and lower back with it feels really refreshing. It’s light and works great.
It’s a nice body Gua sha- it helps with lymphatic drainage
I use it for sore shoulders and between shoulder blades. It gets the spots I can't usually get to myself.
This is a nice tool to have for a bigger body surface area.
