that is the best eye cream for black eyes, I already bought 9 or 10 of it, i don’t use patches anymore, only this cream and I don’t have dark circles at all and it doesn’t spoil my gentle skin there, it only makes it better
To be honest, I didn’t notice much of a difference, but it feels really nice and cooling under the eyes. I still haven’t finished using it, but I don’t think I’ll repurchase it.
i mean it settles nicely under eye makeup but didn’t really brighten up my under eyes after use. if you’re under eyes are dehydrated or sunken it will work better but did nothing to even skin tone
