What happened

SEVENTEEN's channel posted a "Coming Soon" video announcing DK TIME, tagged for the member DK, whose Hangul name is 도겸 (Dokyeom).

In the Korean comments

One comment greets the video with, in translation, "So it's here — Gyeom's 군백기 (gunbaekgi, military-service hiatus) content!!!" Gyeom is a familiar short form of 도겸 (Dokyeom) that several commenters use. The military-hiatus framing is the commenter's own. The title and hashtags say nothing about military service. Another comment, without saying where Gyeom went, reads in translation: "It hasn't even been long since Gyeom left, and I already miss Gyeom... I'll wait while watching DK Time!!" A separate comment ties the name to concerts. In translation: "I love that DK Time at the concert keeps going like this." It does not say what DK Time was at the concert. What DK TIME contains is left to commenters' own readings of the video. One says, in translation, "You've really packed in all the behind-the-scenes stuff Carats were curious about" (Carat is SEVENTEEN's fan name). Another says the videos seem "just like Dokyeom, the cozy, cool-and-refreshing, effort-type genius puppy."

What the words mean

군백기 (gunbaekgi) blends 군 (gun, military) with 공백기 (gongbaekgi, a blank stretch in someone's activity). Read literally it is a "military gap": the period when an entertainer is away from work for mandatory military service. So 군백기 콘텐츠 (gunbaekgi kontencheu, military-hiatus content) means content for that stretch. It is casual shorthand. Here it is one commenter's label for this video, not wording from the title or description.
