In the Korean comments

The comments identify the high-pitched voice as Iroha’s: one reads, in translation, “Roha chirping is seriously so cute,” while another says she “really sounds like a baby.”

What the words mean

나라고 나 (narago na, “Me—I said me”) is an emphatic, casual way to insist “It’s me!” The repetition gives the title more force than the flat statement “I am me.”
