What the words mean

The title 난 파도가 머물던 (nan padoga meomuldeon, I, where the wave used to linger)💌 (nan padoga meomuldeon, "I, where the wave used to stay") is a sentence that stops mid-thought. 머물던 (meomuldeon, "used to stay/linger") is a modifier form that grammatically has to attach to a following noun — something like "place" — and that noun is simply left out. Paired with the 💌 emoji (an envelope with a heart, used for "love letter"), the fragment reads like a line lifted straight out of a letter or diary entry: an intentionally unfinished sentence meant to sound wistful, not a grammar mistake.
