'ICONIC BY MISTAKE' Stage at BlizzCon 2026

What happened

LE SSERAFIM's official channel posted a stage cam of "ICONIC BY MISTAKE" from BlizzCon 2026. In the auto-captions the clip opens and closes with cheering and screaming. The lyrics they pick up include the repeated line "I am iconic by mistake" and "Thank you for the comments, it's because of all your hate."

In the Korean comments

Several of these Korean-language comments talk about the song as one that more than one team performs. They call it 아바미 (Abami). That looks like the first syllables of 아이코닉 바이 미스테이크 (aikonik bai miseuteikeu), the title as pronounced in Korean. One comment reads, in translation, "Three teams sharing one song, what a wonderful thing!!! Let's all be happy." Another asks, in translation, "Now that everyone has taken a stage once each, isn't it about time the three got together again for a stage?" A third hopes that "someday, at Weverse Con or somewhere else, there will be a stage where the 핌릿캣 (pimlitkaet, apparently a blend of three group names) gather." A fourth says there is "a certain pleasure in watching it group by group like this." None of them spells out the teams' names. A separate comment reads, in translation, "Listen to that cheering, a Billboard song as expected." It ties the crowd noise to the song being a Billboard song.

What the words mean

"무대씹어먹는" (mudae ssibeomeongneun, devouring the stage) is literally "chewing up and eating the stage." As slang it is praise for completely dominating a stage. The register is casual, exaggerated and admiring. One comment reads, in translation, "I even feel some kind of spirit from Yunjin, who devours the stage as the center of 아바미 (Abami)." 너무하잖아 (neomuhajanha) literally says "that's too much." It works as a casual reproach, closer to "that's harsh" or "that's not fair." One comment aims it at 1분 30초 (1 minute 30 seconds), presumably the length of this clip. In translation it reads, "A minute and a half is just too harsh," followed by an annoyed-face emoticon. It reads as a complaint about how little there is to watch.
