This is a video from Hearts2Hearts' own channel. The title is "pov: listening to THE SONG in public", and the hashtags include #RUDE!. The auto captions pick up lines such as "I've been acting tough" and "You can make me".

In the Korean comments

The Korean-language comments are mostly about one member, and they use several nicknames for her. One comment reads, in translation, "It's so cute that 르멘 (Reumen) sings along to the song." Another says, "카르멘 (Carmen) is truly Hearts2Hearts' resident comedian." A third comment goes into more detail, in translation: "What is that hand gesture, it's so cute, everything 르멘 does is cute." (reu-men, nickname for the member) A separate comment simply calls her "맏이 (maji, the eldest)".

What the words mean

Two expressions in these comments are not literal. "개귀엽네" (gae-gwiyeopne) is written "개" (gae) plus "귀엽네" (gwiyeopne, "so cute"). "개" (gae, casual prefix meaning super or insanely) literally means "dog", but as a prefix in casual speech it works like "insanely" or "super". The whole phrase means roughly "that's ridiculously cute". It is an informal, exaggerated compliment. "르멘핑" (Reumenping) and "르멘카" (Reumenka) are nicknames. Both appear to be built from "카르멘" (Carmen), which several other comments use in full. "르멘카" (reu-men-ka, rearranged nickname based on Carmen) rearranges the syllables of "카르멘" (ka-reu-men, nickname for the member), and "르멘핑" (reu-men-ping, cutesy nickname with -ping suffix) adds "핑" (ping), a playful, cutesy suffix. Both are affectionate fan wordplay, not official names.
