- What's the minimum order?
- It depends on the product, but this service is designed for business quantities (typically 10+ units). For large or recurring orders we can negotiate better sourcing prices.
- Which countries do you ship to?
- Most countries worldwide. Shipping method and cost depend on destination and product type — we'll include options in your quote.
- How do I pay?
- Requesting a quote is free. Once you approve it, we send a USD invoice — first orders are paid in full before we source your goods, with bank transfer (T/T) as our standard method (small orders may use Wise or card, with any card fee shown before you pay). Returning buyers may be offered deposit-based or staged terms after a review of their order history.
- Can I order samples first?
- Yes. Just mention it in your request and we'll include sample pricing and shipping so you can check quality before a bulk order.
