SHIPPING METHODS
The method isn't decided by weight alone. The same 100 kg can go by air if you're in a hurry, or by sea if unit cost matters more. Urgency, product type, and destination all factor in — and in borderline cases, we compare two methods side by side in one quotation.

DOCUMENTS & COMPLIANCE
Export paperwork is where sourcing deals usually break. Ours don't — document preparation is our parent company's daily work. Product-specific rules (cosmetics registration, food import rules, battery shipping restrictions) are checked at the sourcing stage and written into your quote.
FAQ
- Can you handle formal imports into my country?
- We handle the Korean export side completely and provide every document your import broker needs. For formal imports, customs clearance in your country is done by you or your local broker — our documents are prepared to make that smooth.
- What's the real minimum?
- Express shipments start from single-carton orders (typically 10+ units). Sea freight makes sense from roughly one pallet upward.
- Do you consolidate multiple products into one shipment?
- Yes. Consolidation at our Incheon warehouse is standard — multiple brands, one shipment, one set of documents.
- Who pays import duty and tax?
- The buyer, per your country's rules. We state expected document requirements in the quote so there are no surprises at customs.
