1. What we collect

When you submit a quote request or a supply-partner proposal, we collect the information you enter in the form: business or brand name, country or region, contact person and contact details (email, phone, or messenger ID), product details and links you provide, estimated order size or wholesale-price availability, your language preference, and any message you add. For measurement and abuse prevention we also record UTM parameters, the referring URL, and a one-way hash of your IP address (we do not store your raw IP).

2. Why we use it

Solely to respond to your request — to prepare and send a quotation, to review a supply proposal, and to negotiate and arrange a wholesale transaction. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

3. How long we keep it

We retain your submission while your inquiry or business relationship is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and legal/accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

4. Sharing

Sourcing, export clearance, and shipping are handled through our parent logistics company, ADC Worldwide Logistics (Incheon, Korea). Where necessary to fulfill your request we may share relevant details with carriers and customs brokers. We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties.
