금정산성축제

The '금정산성축제', selected by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as one of Korea's Top 100 Local Attractions and chosen for three consecutive years as a Busan Metropolitan City excellent festival, will be held for three days from June 13(Fri) to 15(Sun) at 금정산성광장 and throughout the 금정산성 area. Based on 금정산성, the signature cultural heritage of 금정구 in Busan and the largest mountain fortress in Korea, as well as 금정산, one of Busan's most iconic mountains, this history, culture, and arts festival is held every year to commemorate the construction of 금정산성. Since beginning with the 금정예술제 in 1996, the festival has continued every year, offering a variety of programs that reflect the identity of the event, including curated programs centered on 금정산 and 금정산성 and resident-led activities.
