The 2026 Jangseong Hwangnyonggang Autumn Flower Festival is Jangseong County's signature autumn festival, now in its 10th year. It is a festival where you can see various autumn flowers such as cosmos and zinnias throughout the gardens created against the backdrop of the 3.2km-long Hwangnyonggang River.
