The 2026 한미친선 문화 한마당 will take place from 2026년 10월 24일(토) to 25일(일) around 신장쇼핑몰 in front of the main gate of Pyeongtaek K-55. This signature local festival in Pyeongtaek celebrates cultural exchange and friendship between Korea and the United States. Opening hours are 13시 to 20시 on both days. The event features hands-on booth programs and stage programs, including an English Festa Zone for learning English through activities, a Korea–U.S. Food Experience Zone, and a Korea–U.S. Culture Experience Zone. Stage highlights include the opening ceremony, celebratory performances, and stage events. This year’s program also offers a variety of content themed around 신장쇼핑몰 favorites, hamburgers and budae-jjigae. The first 전국 한미 버거 콘테스트 : 송탄의 버거 맛을 찾아라! will showcase hamburgers inspired by the character of the 신장 area, with contestants competing to share the flavor and appeal of a burger representing the neighborhood. The festival welcomes Pyeongtaek residents, U.S. Forces Korea personnel and their families, and local communities to enjoy cultural exchange and friendship together.
