Now in its 20th year, the Boeun Jujube Festival is a leading Korean agricultural specialty festival where visitors can discover premium Boeun jujubes, the region's signature product, along with other farm specialties grown in clean natural surroundings. The 2025 Boeun Jujube Festival was recognized for outstanding operation and selected as the 2026 Best Festival designated by Chungcheongbuk-do; it has also been chosen as the Best Agricultural Specialty Sales Promotion Festival in Chungcheongbuk-do for three consecutive times since 2017, earning nationwide competitiveness. The festival also promotes the history and quality of Boeun jujubes, once offered to the king, and has established itself as Boeun's representative festival.
