2026 Hwaseong Haenggung Night Opening

Hwaseong Haenggung, imbued with King Jeongjo's grand dream and deep filial devotion, is counted among Korea's finest temporary palaces for its impressive scale and formality, and for the beauty it preserves, rivaling even Gyeongbokgung. Suwon's signature night-tour program, the 2025 Hwaseong Haenggung Night Opening 「달빛화담(花談)」, is themed around 'the story of flowers under moonlight' and creates a dazzling yet serene nighttime atmosphere with floral installations and enchanting lighting content. Strolling along the softly lit flower path, you can feel the old-time charm, nature, and the spirit of Joseon as if time were turning back. In this restful space amid a busy daily life, enjoy the romance and calm of a palace in the city to the fullest.
