The 4th TEN FESTA will be held at the Open Plaza of Baebongsan Neighborhood Park on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 1 PM to 5 PM. Hosted by Dongdaemun-gu Office, the event is for approximately 500 local teenagers and residents. Based on the concept of a participatory youth festival created and enjoyed by young people, it carries the slogan “Skip the predictable, play the hip.” Highlights include stage recreation, 2 pre-show performances, a national champion magic show, artistic presentations by 11 youth clubs, and a special performance by Heo Seong-hyeon, runner-up of CJ ENM’s Show Me the Money 11. There will also be 3 youth participation programs, a signed basketball giveaway, host-led events, and 12 activity and information booths run by partner organizations including DDM Youth Hideout. Facilities include an arched entrance gate, a community-art message photo zone, shaded seating, and a picnic board-game zone. The facilities, activity booths, and participation programs will operate continuously from 12 PM on the event day.
