Yet, netizens were furious after seeing the treatment of V by the translator.

While some believed the translator was mocking V’s pronunciation, others hated that, instead of just translating, he kept correcting the idol as he spoke. Many thought it was disrespectful and unprofessional, sharing anger towards the treatment of V when all he wanted to do was interact and speak with ARMYs in their native language. They also added that the actions seemingly hit V hard, as fans believed he then continued to speak in Korean.
