The jar version is usually okay to transfer, but once you open any cosmetic product, it's best to use it up as quickly as possible. And most importantly, the smaller container you're transferring it into needs to be made of the same material as the original container! Even if it is, use it quickly after transferring it. The vacuum pump cream container mentioned in the comments is the most hygienic type of cosmetic container. Jar or not, it's always safest to use the product in its original container without transferring it. The formula is made to account for the lid being opened repeatedly and everything, which is why people ask cosmetics companies to release other container types. Instead of transferring it, don't buy a big jar just because it's cheaper—get a smaller size unless you really use a lot! (I recommend 50ml or less for the face and 200ml or less for the body.)

Their feet were seriously cracked and bleeding, but after I had them wash their feet, apply Gounbal, put on socks, and sleep like that for a week, they became super soft.

Soak your feet in water, gently exfoliate, apply regular body lotion and then Gounbal, and sleep in silicone socks. I seriously saw the light.
