I really like this toner. It has a silky smooth slip and leaves a nice glossy glow finish. It leaves my skin feels nourishing and hydrating at the same time. Possibly my holy grail toner. I find it hydrating more than the other during drier weather.
It smoothed my skin and made it clear and bright as glass. This is the third bottle and its almost finished
excellent ingredient list, 9wishes products are so well formulated and have decent price point.
I honestly really liked this product. I would definitely try it again. It's not my tippy top favorite, but it Def could be too 5.
I love the rice toners and love them on my skin. This is a nice toner.
