The product arrived in good condition. The packaging is nice, and the overall presentation is simple and neat. Looking forward to exploring more Korean skincare products.
I like the slightly milky texture because it feels more nourishing than a typical watery toner without being too heavy. It leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated, although I would still follow up with a moisturiser.
