The pad was very thin but it was soaked in so much serum so your skin gonna be moturized enough after 10-15 mins. It did have cooling effect which I felt a lil tingling for my sensitive skin
This is by far the best toner pad I have ever used whe. It comes to calming and cooling my skin. My dry and dehydrated skin gets heated very easily which in turn makes my face red and my pores look more obvious.
This product is sensational. If your skin is normally warm/hot after a shower or washing your face, or you simply live in an area that's hot, this product is for you. Every time I use these cooling pads, it feels like I'm rubbing an ice cube all over my face.
