I use this for eyeliner everyday for everywhere and it does not come off
The texture is nice: it doesn’t tug on the eyes. But this milk tea colour is so light, even on my rather fair skin. I wish I had chosen a shad that actually shows up
Too oily… so I think it’s not good for me I don’t know how to use it!!
