Great toner for those who’d like to target dark spots!
This is my favorite toner that I use apart of my morning routine! Third time repurchasing and I believe it has helped my dark spots. I like it because of the richness the rice water adds to the TXA, but I use other products for dark spot remedies.
Good for skin texture and dosent dry the skin at all
