Feels really oily at first, which is good for removing sunscreen, but it dosent leave an oily feeling which I really like.
It is meh. It is not bad but it does the work and helps remove makeup and clean the skin.
It does the job of removing my makeup. I don't use much makeup because the mascara gives me panda eyes afterwards, but when I started using this, I realized I just didn't have the right product to remove them. So happy
Completely dissolves my makeup but can be a bit heavy and hard to rinse off in comparison to other balms.
