I liked the taste very much. I hope to see results.
I've yet to use it constant enough to see a result. But shine mascat flavor is a bit on the sweeter side for my liking, I will get another flavor next time
I finish the whole box I don’t know how much you have to take to feel and see results. Still will recommend this product.
