These are very filling, when I need a meal on the run. I like that it’s made with grains. Pretty palatable. I geel good noting im getting balanced nutrition. Great travel size also.
So i did try this and it is okay. The taste was not bad either
I really like the taste. I feel it helps with digestion. Will repurchase.
Its a pretty good ,moderately filling drink. Its a bit sweet to my taste though. Mix with water, you get a drink rich in grain that is a bit thick. If you prefer more liquid, add a bit more water.
So far I’ve been loving Lingtea products, have to wait for sales though…
