One comment reads, in translation, “One is the only Korean member of a Japanese group; the other is the only Japanese member of a Korean group,” turning the pairing itself into a “familiar déjà vu”; another points viewers to the exact moment Minami rotates her wrist.

What the words mean

“다 죽는 거야” (da jukneun geoya, literally “everyone dies”) is not describing harm here. In the comment about Minami’s wrist movement, it is casual, exaggerated praise meaning that the moment is overwhelmingly attractive or impressive.
