What happened

BOYNEXTDOOR's channel posted a clip titled "Wild vs Mild". Its auto-captions are only repeated shouts of "THIS IS SPARTA!" and two lines of "DAMN." The Korean-language comments in the sample talk about members being matched with animals, and two of them point to an AI or a filter as the source of the match.

In the Korean comments

The quotes below are translations of the original Korean comments. Several comments dwell on Sungho's result. They call him 치즈냥이 (chijeunyangi, cheese kitty) and treat it as a good call. One reads, in translation, "Sungho the cheese kitty lol, spotted him exactly right." Another reads, "Park Sungho the cheese kitty, which even the filter acknowledged." A third says, "I can roughly tell what kind of vibe the AI went by when it decided." Leehan's result gets a different kind of reaction. One comment says, "What's with Leehan being a mantis lol." Another asks, "Why is it only our Leehan who's the ugly one lol." One comment pushes back on the idea that Woonhak looks like a cat: "Sorry? You're saying Kim Woonhak looks like a cat? Our kid looks like a snowman, though." Two other comments are about individual members. One says, "I feel a bit sorry for having doubted Taesan about a tiger coming out right on the first try." What the words mean

치즈냥이 (chijeunyangi) is literally "cheese kitty", but it is not about the food. It is the everyday nickname for an orange tabby cat, named for the cheese-like color of the coat. 냥이 (nyangi) is a cutesy word for cat built on the sound of a meow. In these comments it is an affectionate label for Sungho. One comment that says he really looks like one adds 귀여워 (gwiyeowo, cute). 1트 (ilteu) is casual slang. The 트 (teu, try or attempt) comes from the English word "try", so 1트 (teu, try or attempt) means "first attempt" and 2트 (teu, try or attempt) would be the second. It is common in gaming talk. The comment that uses it says a tiger would come out "on the first try".
