In the Korean comments

Two of the 15 Korean-language comments in this sample single out the same behavior and tie it to a member by name. One reads, in translation, "Even in the middle of all this, desperate but still saying no to peeing in the street, looking for a toilet and knocking on every door one by one — that's so Park Seongho lol." The other says, in translation, that Park Seongho hurrying to find a bathroom because peeing in the street isn't allowed is so cute. 박성호 (Park Seongho) is the full name of BOYNEXTDOOR's Sungho, so the first comment is saying this behavior is just like Sungho. Other comments react to the concept itself. One says, in translation, that this is a crazy concept that "doesn't exist" in the idol scene. Another calls it a "꽐라 숙취 컨셉" (kkwalla sukchwi keonsep, wasted, hungover concept) that it has not seen before in the idol scene. The same comment adds, in translation, "eating soap, throwing up, pigeons flying off." Two more comments say only that they are thrown by it. One reads, in translation, "I don't get what kind of vibe this toilet, soap mukbang and peeing in the street is going for, I'm flustered." The other reads, "I'm so flustered about what concept this even is." Neither says whether they like it. Four of the 15 comments also credit the beat, and three of those use the phrasing "starting with the beat." One reads, in translation, "I just like it from the beat on."

What the words mean

돌판 (dolpan, idol scene) is built from 돌 (dol, stone) and 판 (pan, board or arena). Here 돌 (dol, short for idol) is short for 아이돌 (aidol, idol), so the word means the idol scene or industry, not anything made of stone. Two comments use it to say this concept has no precedent there. One says, in translation, that it "doesn't exist" in the idol scene, and the other that it is something seen there "for the first time." The register is casual fan shorthand. 꽐라 (kkwalla, very drunk) is informal slang for being thoroughly wasted. 숙취 (sukchwi, hangover) is the ordinary word for a hangover. Together they make the comment's "wasted, hungover concept." 미친 (michin, crazy) and 미쳤다 (michyeotda, it's crazy) literally mean crazy or insane. In these comments they are praise. The commenters who use them also write things like "so pretty," "I love you," "so good," or that a big hit is coming. The register is casual, exaggerated, enthusiastic fan-comment talk.
