NAYEON's Bunny Farm D-1: Let's Go ONCE!

What happened

The title marks this TWICE clip for Nayeon's "Bunny's Farm" project as D-1, with the tagline 원스, 가자 (wonseu, gaja; fans, let's go)! (Wonseu, gaja, "ONCE, let's go!"). In the captions, one voice objects, "No, Nayeon-nim, we have our next schedule." The reply is, in translation, "Unnie, I promised to hang out with ONCE. I'm going. To the farm."

Why Koreans care

원스 (ONCE) is the name of TWICE's fandom, so the title's "ONCE, let's go" is aimed at the fans. The caption exchange also shows two forms of address. The person objecting calls her 나연님 (Nayeon-nim), which adds the polite suffix -님 (nim; honorific suffix for names) to her name. She answers with 언니 (unnie), the word a woman uses for an older sister or a woman older than herself. The captions don't say who the other speaker is.

In the Korean comments

Several comments respond to the acting. One reads, in translation, "This is a parody of that charisma scene from 거침없이 하이킥 (Geochimeopsi Haikik, the sitcom High Kick Through the Roof)." That is the commenter's own identification, and this material doesn't confirm it. Another comment imagines the moment after filming: "컷!하면 토끼이빨 나오면서 엄청 웃었을거 같다ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ" (translated: "When they yelled cut, I bet the bunny teeth came out and she laughed like crazy"). It is the top-liked comment in this sample. Another says her voice is cute "even though she pitched it low", which points to a deliberately deepened voice in the clip. "하나도 타격감 없는 토끼 카리스마" (hanado tagyeokgam eomneun tokki karisma): 타격감 (tagyeokgam; how impactful a hit feels) is a gaming and action term for how much impact a hit feels like. The comment literally says "bunny charisma with no impact at all." It is a playful jab that says the tough act is not intimidating. 임여워 (Imyeowo) blends 임 (Im, Nayeon's family name) with 귀여워 (gwiyeowo, "so cute"). It is a fan-style pun, not a standard word.
