The 13th 21st Century Human Values Forum is a 3-day humanities and culture event held at Andong International Convention Center and throughout Andong under the theme "A Shifting World, Things That Do Not Change." It opens with a keynote speech at the opening ceremony and the Human Values Award ceremony, and closes with the Andong Declaration at the closing ceremony. Along with themed, public, and participatory sessions featuring leading scholars from Korea and abroad and local citizens, the program includes exhibitions, hands-on activities, tours, and networking events so visitors can see, walk, and connect in person and experience human values firsthand. Building on more than 10 years of expanding Korea's traditional culture into universal values today, this year's event will also share timely topics such as war and peace, memory and record, and AI and technology, and will be held both online and offline with about 5,000 participants.
