Started in 2015 to showcase premium ginseng grown in Icheon, one of Korea’s largest ginseng-producing regions, this festival was renamed 이천인삼건강축제 in 2025 to combine ginseng with the theme of wellness. Set against the atmosphere of autumn, it offers visitors the chance to see and purchase high-quality Icheon ginseng, enjoy hands-on wellness activities such as the ginseng competition, ginseng health kimchi experience, and ginseng foot baths, and take part in fun programs for all ages.
