파주페어 북앤컬처 brings leading publishers, writers, readers, and bookstores together for a special opportunity to discover and enjoy books from fresh perspectives. It presents diverse cultural and artistic creations inspired by books, including performances, exhibitions, and hands-on activities, expanding the horizons of reading culture. Going beyond Korea, it also serves as a global market that introduces outstanding K-Books and related content to overseas markets and develops new business opportunities. Held over approximately 10 days, 2026 파주페어 북앤컬처 features a rich lineup of programs. Performances include the opening ceremony BOOKS ALIVE!, an indie music and dance festival, and a youth dance festival. The book market 난-것들, joined by around 290 publishers and bookstores, the participating companies’ program 난-장판, and themed exhibitions offer plenty to see. A youth companion program includes the 파주 브루어리 콘서트, listening session 일단 들어나 보자, and 책크닉, where visitors can borrow picnic items. A global publishing and IP business consultation event and international forum will support the overseas expansion of K-Books, while lectures, flea markets, and other cultural networking programs take place throughout the publishing city.
