As autumn deepens, 황매산 turns silver with waving pampas grass. The 5th 황매산억새축제 lets visitors soak up the season against this beautiful landscape while enjoying performances and hands-on activities. From the opening ceremony on 10월 17일, celebratory performances and weekend cultural and arts shows continue, while weekday programs add small pleasures such as 황매산 인생네컷, healing music listening, Catch 10 Seconds, and dice games. Local agricultural products and food stalls operate throughout the festival, offering a taste of the region alongside 황매산’s autumn scenery. Sharing Cart Tours for visitors with limited mobility and docent tours led by forest interpreters are also available, making 황매산 comfortable for everyone to explore. Walk slowly while watching the silver grass sway in the breeze, then enjoy performances and activities amid the scenery—you may suddenly realize you are at the heart of autumn. 황매산 is a wonderful place to spend a memorable autumn day with family, a partner, or friends.
