The 2026 Fisher's Market × Port Village Tongyeong is a regional culinary festival where Tongyeong's Fisher's Market and Port Village, a harbor food festival, collaborate to present an authentic coastal food experience. Running November 6-8, 2026, at Tongyeong's Donsandongtriathlon Square, the festival showcases diverse menus using Tongyeong's signature seafood and local ingredients. Main vendor categories include general food booths, performance booths, and chef consultation booths. General food booths feature Tongyeong's signature raw materials—oysters, eel, sea urchin, red sea bream—and dishes utilizing them. Performance booths provide on-site cooking, visual presentation, and audience participation, combining culinary processes with spectacle. Chef consultation booths develop menus with renowned chefs utilizing Tongyeong's signature foods. The festival leverages the sea and gastronomy as regional content, providing platforms where local brands and producers meet visitors. Beyond the event itself, the festival coordinates pre- and post-festival promotion, content, and brand performance, operating as a platform connecting Tongyeong's tourism and regional branding—not merely a one-time event.
