The 2026 Gijang Eopseong Festival runs October 9–11 at the lawn in front of Gijang Modern History Museum and its surrounding grounds. This cultural tourism festival features performances, readings, films, hands-on experiences, and guided tours set against the backdrop of the historic Gijang Eopseong fortress and the Modern History Museum. Major programs include Voice Music Play Bar, Book Concert, Neighborhood BEEF, Traditional Performance Art, Challenge Dance, Pungryuu Wave performances, Reading Club, and Pet Reels Video Festival.
