Gunsan Time Travel Festival is a journey through time from Gunsan’s past, through its modern era and present, and into the future, centered on modern Gunsan, a city that holds the history of resistance and hardship under Japanese colonial rule. This year, the streets of Gunsan become the stage for a special journey linking the past, modern times, and the future. Visitors can enjoy performances and hands-on experiences that capture the history and stories of modern Gunsan, along with fun for all generations. A wide range of programs is on offer, including relay parades held 2~3 times a day, dance challenges, '군산 타임슬립 퍼레이드 & 군산을 춤추게 하라,' the mission game '독립자금을 찾아라' based on modern Gunsan’s historical story, and experience booths themed by era. With its varied programs and participatory activities, it is a festival the whole family can enjoy together.
