횡성한우축제

The 22nd 횡성한우축제 will be held for five days from 2026년 10월 7일부터 11일까지 at the Seomgang riverside area in Hoengseong-gun, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, as a leading stay-and-experience tourism festival in Korea. Under the slogan '맛있다, 머물다, 빛나다,' it is run with the theme '머무르는 가을, 빛나는 맛의 도시 횡성!' The festival aims to promote the excellence and brand competitiveness of 횡성한우 nationwide and help revitalize the local economy, and is hosted and organized by the Hoengseong Cultural Tourism Foundation. It consists of 14 programs across 3 themes: food, culture and arts, and hands-on experiences. By linking daytime (10:00~18:00) and nighttime (18:00~21:00) programs, it operates as a time-expansion festival that encourages longer stays, and it is a win-win festival with the participation of local merchants, farms, and residents.
