The 13th 21st Century Human Values Forum is a 3-day humanities and culture event held at Andong International Convention Center and throughout Andong under the theme "A Shifting World, Things That Do Not Change." It opens with a keynote speech at the opening ceremony and the Human Values Award ceremony, and closes with the Andong Declaration at the closing ceremony.
