The 2026 Jinan Highland Forest Festival takes place October 10–11, 2026, throughout the National Jinan Highland Forest Healing Center. Organized by the Korea Forest Service, Jeollabuk-do Special Self-Governing Province, and Jinan-gun. This non-competitive trail running program features two courses: 16K (16.9 km, 1,071 m+ elevation gain, 6-hour limit) and 6K (6 km, 315 m+ elevation gain, 3-hour limit). Participants enjoy trail running alongside forest therapy, forest culture experiences, local markets, and hands-on activities. Limited to 500 participants each day.
