The royal parade Jeongjo Daewang Neunghaengcha, based on Wonhaeng Eulmyo Jeongni Uigwe, is the largest royal parade in Korea and a citizen-participation parade, allowing visitors to enjoy the event as participants rather than simple spectators. Selected as a global festival, the Suwon Hwaseong Cultural Festival also offers content for international visitors, including a global village.
