Siheung City Youth Club Festival is a youth-led festival designed to activate self-directed club activities among young people and expand communication and exchange between youth clubs and the local community. Young people active in fields such as social participation, volunteering, academics, sports, dance, bands, and arts and culture plan and operate the festival themselves, making it a place to share their talents and abilities with the community. In particular, SIYF is the nation’s largest youth club festival, created by 584 clubs and about 7,800 young people participating in the Siheung City Youth Club Support Project, and it presents a rich variety of content including performances, hands-on experiences, exhibitions, and exchange programs. It is also growing into an international youth festival that expands opportunities for global cultural exchange through cooperation with overseas youth and international exchange groups, alongside Korean youth.
