He threw out 'customer acquisition' and then probably went 'wait, customer?' to the fans and panicked and tried to walk it back, but it seems like it just backfired lol. Instead of saying 'because I don't think of you as customers,' if he'd just said something like 'guess sales work isn't for me' and left it there, people would've just laughed it off... but now it comes off like he's basically implying Lee Kwang-soo thinks of fans as customers lol
