The Chiaksan Hanwoo Festival is a representative local festival hosted by Wonju Livestock Agricultural Cooperative, built on Wonju’s agricultural value and the spirit of the Samto philosophy. It is a harmony festival where people of all ages can take part together. It promotes the excellence of premium Chiaksan Hanwoo raised in pristine nature, offers direct sales of local agricultural and livestock products, a variety of food-tasting and hands-on programs, and family-friendly experience activities. Visitors can also enjoy Hanwoo tastings and discounted sales, plus stage events paired with local arts performances. The 12th Chiaksan Hanwoo Festival is a community festival in Wonju, the city at the center of the Samto philosophy.
